Alongside the advisory and training work, I co-found and help run three businesses. I build each one with co-founders, and my part is usually strategy, operations and getting things launched.
crgo. builds premium gyms into shipping containers in Perth and delivers them to homes, acreage and work sites. The first unit is built and enquiries are open now.
We went from concept to first product in three months, pulling together and leading a small expert team.
When your clinic is closed and it is not an emergency, MobiPet sends a vet to your home and the notes go back to your regular vet. The platform handles bookings, payments and admin for the vets. It is piloting in Perth now, with a national rollout planned for 2027.
